PERFECT Pro Licence
Become a PERFECT Pro
Players who wish to compete in official PERFECT Malaysia professional tournaments must obtain a valid PERFECT Pro Licence.
To obtain one, applicants must complete the required qualification process established by PERFECT Malaysia. This may include:
- PERFECT Pro Exam
- Player Registration
- Annual Pro Licence
Obtaining a PERFECT Pro Licence confirms your eligibility to participate as a professional player in PERFECT Malaysia tournaments, subject to the rules and entry requirements of each tournament. Only players who have completed all required procedures and been officially approved will be recognised as PERFECT Pro Players.
P.TOS Tournament System
Phoenix Tournament Service
PERFECT Malaysia will use P.TOS — Phoenix Tournament Service — as its official tournament management system.
P.TOS provides players with a convenient digital tournament experience, including:

- Match result submission
- Tournament progress updates
Players are required to use the designated P.TOS system during PERFECT Malaysia tournaments.
PERFECT Malaysia Tour

The inaugural PERFECT Malaysia Tour begins in 2027. Professional players will compete across multiple stages throughout the season, earning results and ranking points toward the overall PERFECT Malaysia standings.

Competition Rules
All PERFECT Pro Players are required to understand and follow the official PERFECT Malaysia Competition Rules. The rules cover:

- Throwing rules — designated throwing position, throwing order and time requirements
- Scoring — all darts, scores and machine results handled according to the official rules
- Player conduct — professional behaviour and proper sportsmanship throughout the tournament

Uniform Regulations
Professional Appearance
All PERFECT Pro Players must wear clothing that complies with the official PERFECT Malaysia Uniform Regulations. Tournament uniforms must present a clean and professional appearance appropriate for a professional sporting competition.
Players may be required to submit their tournament uniform for approval before participating. Uniform checks may include:

- Arm sleeves
- Player name

- Brand logos
- Other advertising or promotional elements

Sponsor & Advertising Regulations
PERFECT Malaysia supports professional players working with sponsors and partners. However, all sponsor logos and advertising displayed on tournament uniforms must comply with the official regulations.
Players must receive approval for applicable:

PERFECT Malaysia reserves the right to reject any logo, wording, symbol or advertisement that conflicts with tournament regulations, event partners, intellectual property requirements or professional standards.
Official PERFECT Patches
PERFECT Pro Players may be required to display designated official patches on their tournament uniforms.
The required placement, size and usage of official patches will be specified in the PERFECT Malaysia Uniform Regulations. Players must follow the official placement guidelines when preparing their competition uniforms.
Player Directory
All approved PERFECT Pro Players will be eligible to appear in the official PERFECT Malaysia Player Directory. Player information may include:

Players are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted for their player profile is accurate and up to date.
Tournament Entry
Obtaining a PERFECT Pro Licence does not automatically enter a player into every PERFECT tournament. Players must register for each stage they wish to participate in.
